President YVS Prakash and Secretary Joshi took the lead position. Motivating the women employees Prakash said, “Women were endowed with multitasking skills and they possess the capabilities to perform their duties more efficiently than men in any field. He lauded the multifarious roles being played by women in nation-building and underlined the need for improving basic amenities for women at the workplace. ”
Joshi said,
“Womanhood should be respected at all times, not just on Women’s Day. Every woman and girl should be encouraged in all aspects of her life. Women should be self-dependent irrespective of what their family background is. They must never be dependent on a man.”
